Attending Mass during COVID

Public attendance at Mass is now allowed in the Diocese of Norwich, with some restrictions. At Christ the King Church, we have returned to our usual schedule of weekend Masses: 5pm Saturday; 8am and 10:30am Sunday. Daily Mass is celebrated at 8am Monday–Friday. In addition, every weekday morning from 6:30am to 7:30am the Eucharist is available for an hour of adoration.

We continue to live-stream our Masses on Zoom.

Effective May 22, the dispensation from the Sunday Mass obligation as been discontinued — but that obligation never applies to anyone for whom attending Mass would jeopardize their health. If you are sick, if you have a fever, or if you think you may have been exposed to the coronavirus or any illness, please stay home! We will continue to live-stream at least one weekend Mass via Zoom for those who cannot come to church.
