Youth from Kindergarten through 5th grade are welcome to attend Christ the King’s Vacation Bible School, where they’ll take part in Bible-themed activities, songs, crafts, snacks and fun!
This year’s theme, “Who is My Neighbor?,” responds to the Great Commandment and to Pope Francis's powerful encyclical Fratelli Tutti. Neighbors are more than people who live next door. Neighbors are more than people in our families or communities. Through five carefully chosen Bible stories, Who Is My Neighbor? leads children on a journey to discover more about God’s great love. From looking at how to be a neighbor to diving into what it means to live out our faith, this interactive VBS series will lead children deeply into Bible stories focused on God’s care and compassion for neighbors close at hand and around the world.
Vacation Bible School is geared towards students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, but older students and adults are needed to help make VBS a success. High school and middle school students can be counselors or counselors-in-training; adults are needed to provide guidance and support in each program area. We also need volunteers to help prep activities and decorations now: looking for artists and creative/crafty people especially for the prep work, and musicians and photographers for VBS week!

Registration is available online. (Please use same form for students or leaders — everyone should fill it out with safety information. VBS leaders do not have to pay the fee.)
